C Heath, Very nice, that looks like it is going to come out great, as stated above, please include pics of the finished cowl, should be very clean looking.[sm=thumbup.gif][sm=thumbup.gif][sm=thumbup.gif]
txaggie08, In a thread I started called "Venture 60 vs 4* 60", flyerbry posted pics of his venture with a custom fiberglass cowl he built around an inverted four-stroke. You might wanna take a look, he did a very nice job and it really cleaned up the look of the front of the bird, very nice looking airplane overall as well. It's a Venture, not the 4* but they are very similar, and as you probably allready know, both designed by the same guy, anyway take a look it might be just what you had in mind. Good luck.

Actaully, Thats not my plane, i have a new four star 120 on the way. This plane belongs to Mr70ss and the cowl is super sweet. Makes it look like a pylon plane and really racey looking. You can do a search and find his as well as Damifino's builds. They are both sweet. A complete build thread for both these planes are on RCU, just do a search for the usernames.
Good Luck
