I purchased an RC airplane covered with SKYLOFT.
I would like to know if I should use aerogloss clear and then
spray paint? what is the way to paint this material?

According to Tower Hobbies, three coats of dope is what is used to seal the material. Here's a link:

Dope will eat a lot of different kinds of paint. You say the plane is already covered. If there is something other than dope on it already then you might have a problem using dope.
I would test an area of the plane with some dope to see if there is a reaction before you try painting the whole thing.
