Default FMA Co-pilot CPD4 vs FS8?

I'm looking into picking up a FMA Co-pilot. I see that theres a new version, a FS8, I believe. Whats the difference? All Tower has is the CPD4 for $89. I know some people are using these on helis, is there any advantage to getting the latest version? Not sure on the price difference.

According to www.fmadirect.com

cpd4 is just the copilot and fs8 is a copilot and receiver
