Hi, I'm a new R/Cer. Just started the R/C hobby 1 year ago on r/c monster truck. I have been wanting to fly and just got a hold of the program EasyFly. I was wondering where I can find flying drill procedures that I can follow to practice some flying skill. I don't have a plane yet, but want to try it out on the sim 1st to see if I can handle r/c flying. Thanks.

First off Welcome Aboard....You are about to be hooked
If you are looking for aerobatic sequences try here;
For Pattern sequences http://www.nsrca.org/
For IMAC sequences http://www.mini-iac.com/
If you are wanting to practice flying then get your plane to altitude and practice making 90° and 180° turns holding the wings at about 45° bank angle and not loosing any altitude. Practice both left and right turns
After that move into horizontal figure eights both tuning towards you and away and crossing right in front of you.
That should be enough to get you in trouble
Good Luck
