That's OK Bubba and don't blame us, hayesrex24 started this thread. Hmmm, come to think of it, it may have been on a different subject though.

Ken must be busy also, he has not been on much today

We're driving. We were originally going to fly, but I've got a new Seaplane that needs a Maiden Flight

OK , my turn now? Thanks my friends . I have been involved in model avaition since i was a young teenager, { that was back in the early 50's} Started R/C in the 70's , and still learning things via the expertise of people like RcKen , Bubbagates, Minn and many others , Thankyou all . NOW, i still have something to learn , i can programme computer radios for my students , no problems , but >>>>>>>> wait for it >>>>> i haven't a clue on how to post a pic into these discussions. So i am not PC literate. I stumbled across RCUniverse by sheer accident, looking for something else , and swiftly made this site one of my favourites, before i lost it, now i am addicted daily checking in here, but i only know the basic fundamentals of using this wonderful medium to its max. When i have needed to make a drawing or show a pic to someone in here to help them , i have to ask their email addy to send the pic. So this should come under the title of a "stupid question being asked"
Any helpers ??????????

Hi the_madgenius,
We must be about the same age. I just turned 70. To load photos, you must first have the photo in your computer. You put them into the computer from a digital camera or from your scanner. From this website scroll to the bottom of the page. Click on POST REPLY. Type in your message in the box. Under the box, lower left, click on "Click here to upload". There are 12 boxes with the word BROWSE at the end. Click on the first BROWES. All photos in your computer will appear. Select the one you want. When done, scroll to the bottom and click OK.

Ok, hopefully I can beat Minnflyer to doing this!

Step 1. Click the "Post Reply" button that is located below the last post in a thread.
Step 2. This will bring up a new dialog box similar to the "Fast Reply" box you are used to, with the exception of there being a "Click here to upload!" link that you can use. Click on this.
Step 3. This will bring up a file upload box. This will give you the opportunity to upload up to 12 pictures at a time. Click on the first "Browse" button.
Step 4. Use the Navigation box to browse to where the file that you want to upload is located on your computer. Once you have selected the file then click on the "Open" button.
Step 5. This should fill in the file name in the first line of the upload dialog box. You can use more of the upload lines to select more pictures if you want to upload more than one. Once you have selected all of the files that you want to upload then click the "Ok" button at the bottom other dialog box.
Step 6. Wait until you see the "File Uploaded Successfully" screen to appear, then click "Ok" to close that dialog box.
Step 7. Finally click the "Ok" button to upload your post and the pictures to RCU.
I hope this helps
Ken

Villa, RcKen, Thankyou , Thankyou, Thankyou. Yep RcKen, you beat Minnflyer. I guess I am well and truely addicted, i go flying every morning, have about 8 flights, come home , turn on this computer , open up RcUniverse , then spend hours in these forums , reading and learning, and now thanks to you two gentlemen i have now learnt something else . I think i should build a new model, strap myself to it , and fly to the USA, just so i can shake hands with some of the greatest gentlemen , the likes of RcKen, BUbbagates, Minnflyer, MikeB to name a few. Your knowledge, patience, and teaching skills are to be applauded
Once more , THANKYOU

Opps , Villa, yes my friend , we are close to the same age, my clock ticked over 68 Dec Lastyear, and yes i love flying. Currently i am flying an Excelleron 90 , powered with ST90 two-stroke. Tally up till today is 713 flights for the Excelleron, a little hanger rash , worn out 2 sets of wheels , otherwise still flying perfectly .
