Hi,does anybody knows procedure for replacement of piston and cyl. of this engine.
What are torque values on head screws ?

Do you mean re-assemblig, or actually replacing with new parts?

I doubt if it is worth the cost of rebuilding one.

I just snug up the screws on the head with the Hex Key Wrench. I check them a couple times while still hot from running.

You will have difficulty finding parts to rebuild this engine. It was discontinued about 6 years ago and replaced by the LA 65 version.

Parts for OS are readily available from the distributor.

Here is a list of the parts that Tower has for the 60 FP which is fairly complete but this guy is not in the USA. He is in Zagreb, CROATIA (HRVATSKA)
