Default new engine running question

I finally got my new Thunder tiger 46pro running on the bench with a wire to the throttle... I was tuning well trying to tune... Do you only adjust air mixer at full throttle and then do that small ideal screw at Idle. I was adjusting the air mix but it didn’t seem to do much. I started at about 2 ½ turns out and run the first tank of fuel through it. I seem to run OK but spits a lot of oil out the exhaust.

Do I wait until I have run 2 tanks through before I start revving the engine and adjusting mixes??

Any tip would be great the instructions with the engine are a bit vague
