Default Wing Size

My buddy is building a new wing for his stick 40. He is making it about 8 inches longer than the original wing and adding full length ailerons and is wondering what the effects or side effects of the additional length will be. Have you tried this and what have you experienced?

Again, Thanks for all your help

more lift, slower flying speed, less roll rate. make it more of a trainer. think glider VS Starfighter
