I am not new to the hobby but was out for a while. The last plane I flew was a Super Sporster 40. I recently got bsck into flying with the purchase of a SuperStar EP with Ailerons. Ilove the little plane but after the first two flights I was looking for more then it had to offer. The question is.......what next. I want to make a good step forward but I am still worried about over doing it? I was thinking of some differrent ideas like>.... Phoenix Super Decathalon arf, Super Sporster, Tower Voyager, Global J-3 .25 arf, or a Big Stick or other "Stick". I had also considered something like a Hangar 9 Twist as I have a computer radio to tame the throws down and I hear they are not bad to fly. Any other suggestions. I want a plain to have some fun with..... Not rack my brain trying to keep in the air. Any thoughts or input would be greatly appreciated!!!!!

I have been looking around myself and a couple that I have been eyeballing are
Hanger 9 Funtana ,Seagull Harrier and U can Do 3D.
Each of these has somewhat low wing loading and can be tamed down quite a bit with radio adjustments but still have quite a bit of ability when you are ready to step it up.

Sticks are hard to beat...... I flew an ugly stick .60 for a while.... But I was really hoping to fly something a little more scale, if possible.
Wing loading and a computer rado I get, what about any kind of low speed forgiveness.....is there any truth to the thick sym. airfoils being stable at low speeds?

The Sportster would be a good choice. The Tower Voyager is supposed to be a fst flyer but then there is nothing slow about a Sportster either so I think either one would work. [8D]

The U-Can-DO seems like an interesting idea. Anyone have one of these in the .46 that would be willing to lend there opinion. I am a fast learner and have a computer radio to tame the plane down if neccesary? Anyone flying this plane with flaperons? how is the low speed stab?

The Voyager is a FAST flyer! We have 2 members that love those things & they are screamers! They fly em like they stole em. When they crash they laugh, & are back out there with a fresh new ARF next week, The Kamakazi twins. They're a blast to watch & good training for me to fly with them trying to stay out of their way because you never know what they're gonna do next. So far they've only ran into each other, head on it was wild, kinda like a Train wreck in mid-air.
