The engine in the ugly stik is a veco .19. I put some gas in it to lube it up and the twistec the shaft a little to get it worked in. I had an extra glow plug lying around so I put it in the veco. I tried to start it up and it wouldn't start. Then I took the plug out of my alpha and put it in the veco. It started right up on the first spin. The voco .19 engine sounds awesome, it even runs smooth with no muffler. I don't think I will put a muffler on it just to keep it old school. I am so excited to get it out in the air. Ugly stik here I come!!!!!

Your Kougar would make a good 3rd plane(second if youve taken your time with a trainer) with a.40 or .46 on it.It was designed for .40 to .50 size engines. My friend had one for his second or third plane and it was great(as are most Sig planes)They are faster than any trainer, but very manageable. The Kobra was the .35 size version of the same plane.Anyway, good luck and nice find on all the stuff.

Yeah there is a 35 sitting in it right now. I was going to get a new engine for it but since I got that Veco 19 started I was going to try and start all of them except the cox engine.
