Would it be possible for me to use my Futaba 2PL as a RC Controller for my RC Glider controlled by the rear stabilizors?

shredder111,
Put it this way, you could use it if you wanted to. But would you want to risk losing your plane over it? Since you are on the same frequency that cars use, if somebody is on your channel turns on their car you will lose control of your aircraft. That's why there are separate frequencies for aircraft and ground vehicles (72 Mhz for air and 75 Mhz for ground). Do yourself a huge favor and get a new radio on the proper frequency for aircraft.

If your Futaba is on 27 Mhz it is legal to use. However, it is still not recommended. 27 Mhz is a shared frequency between surface and air vehicles/craft. I wouldn't use it unless you are in a rural area and it is known there are no surface r/c vehicles in use for at least 3 miles.
