Default Temp gauge for sealing iron

Hey guys,

It was my B-day this past weekend and I received this for a temp gauge. I do not see why it can not be used for sealing irons as well as the other functions, but what are your thoughts?

Rob

BTW,

It states a temp range from -27 to 428 deg F.

I don't see any reason why you couldn't use it for that

G'day Mate, that is similar to what I used for my iron, works great, I marked the temps on the iron dial at stages to use for future reference.
Good Flyin Mate.
Allan.
