Default Great long weekend

Was off from Fridady till Wedensday and had near perfect weather to fly. Flew early mornings and late afternoons each day and spent hot part of the days putting together Ben's Tiger 2 (oldest son). Got it together Monday and met Eugene at the field to maiden it for him. After some engine issues Ben got to fly and looked pretty good with it. It's official both of my sons have progressed faster than I. All in all its been a great weekend. I was just wondering is 3 gal of fuel too much to burn in a weekend ??????? naaaaaah

Sounds like a great way for Father & Sons to spend the 4th of July! I'm glad ya'all had a good time & that your Son's maiden flight of his new plane went well. I wish I had a Son to share this wonderful hobby with. It was passed down to me by my Father too. So far it looks like my Grand-Daughter Elena is my best chance at passing the addiction along. She is completely fascinated with her Grumpy's planes. She loves them!! So when she gets older I will let her have a go at them & see what happens.

Keep up the good times with your Sons, they will never forget these times with their Dad.[sm=thumbup.gif][sm=thumbup.gif][sm=thumbup.gif]
