Hello all,
I live across from a park that has an rc airfield. So, I was on ebay last night and decided to buy a plane. Of course, I didnt do much research prior. I know its dumb but I'm impulsive.
Anyway, I got a firebird freedom for $46 + $15 shipping. The auto-crash control isnt working on it but other than that its fine. I am fully prepared to accept it if I destroy this thing on first flight.
I am gonna try and go for the first time when the local club is out there. Maybe get a guy to look at it and try it out before me.
Let me know if what else I should do or any tips. I plan on joining AMA.
Thanks,
Drew

Auto-crash control? Seems like every plane I've owned has had one of those. I take off and it immediately tries to crash [:@] or maybe it's just me
