How to make Ultracote stick on fiberglass?
I am reinforcing the main gear board with fibercgall cloth wit 30 min epoxy. Should I paint it? With what? Or wil Ultracote stick to the ultracote and how?

You must thoroughly clean the curred epoxy first. Sand and then scrub down with acetone or other suitable cleaner befor painting or covering.

I don't think that Oracover (Ultracote in the US) is going to stick to ordinary epoxy glue, that's at least my experience.
Oracover sticks extremly well to a polyester plastic /glassfiber surface or to a 24 hour mold epoxy /glassfiber surface...but not to a surface where epoxy glue is used. Epoxy glue has this sticky oily surface when heated and resists film coverings to stick to it.
Here is some pictures of my Marutaka DC-3 covered with 24hour epoxy /25g glass fiber cloth and then covered with pieces of chrome Oracover.

That ship is just impresive man, congrats! Thanks for the advise, What I did was to sand the epoxy with a corse paper and it did stick good to it, anyway I ironed the borders to the existing covering and it seams to be good.
