First, I strongly suggest getting an instructor. Without an instructor the average life expectancy of the plane is about 30 seconds (seriously). Your local flying club will provide instructors at no charge.

A minimum needed to fly a glow plane:

Fuel and a manual fuel pump
Glow ignitor (to heat the glow plug)
"Chicken Stick" (piece of broom handle with some rubber tubing on one end)
A "Buddy Box" cord (so that the instructor and you can fly the plane together)
prop reamer
spare prop(s)
spare glow plug(s)
some extra fuel line (2' is plenty)
glow plug wrench
6" adjustable wrench
needle nose pliers
phillips screwdriver with a #1 and #2 tip
flat blade screwdriver
extra rubber bands for holding the wing on (you will go through them )

These items will provide what you need to fly and handle many (if not most) of the needs you will have at the field. Obviously, you need the plane, engine and radio equipment.

Then we have the "nice to have" items:

flight box with 12 volt battery and power panel
electric fuel pump
electric starter
voltmeter
tachometer
jeweler's screwdrivers
hemostats (straight and bent)
set of ball end allen wrenchs

I am certain there are other "nice to have" items, but this is all I can think of at the moment.

Campy had you getting spare glow plugs but you will need this (or similar) to change them.

It should ne noted that by joining a club you should not need to have everything the first day. Within limits your fellow members will be happy to share with you and get you flying. Once they get to know you they may even loan you an engine but certainly the small stuff. meanwhile you can look about and see what the others have and decide what you like and want for yourself. Some of the "bargain" combos are not really bargains as they include things you will never use.

There is an RC flying club on Malta. I strongly recommend you contact them. They will be able to provide you with all the information you need to get started in glow aircraft flying. I don't know about the club on Malta, but most clubs provide free instruction to their members. Look into it, you won't be sorry.

Reamers are used to enlarge the prop center hole to fit on the crankshaft if it does not fit as manufactured. They come in both metric and SAE versions

Most of your Japanese/Chinese motors would need the metric version (if any). An engine like K&B or Fox would probably need the SAE version (if any) If the hole is not enlarged carefully the prop may be out of balance. You may also get lucky and never need to enlarge a prop mtg hole.
Reamers do a better job than a simple drill and less damage to the propeller.

This is a prop reamer. They come in both Standard (American) or Metric. We use them to make the center hole of a prop the right size to fit our engine shaft. This little tool is an inexpensive MUST have IMO.

LOL, I guess bruce was faster on the draw than me.[8D]

Something everyone has forgotten and is quite obvious: fuel

All this sounds good to me too, but I would make a voltmeter one of the essentials. Check your voltage in both the transmitter and airplane between each flight. Would really make for a bad day taking off and watching your plane fly out of sight because the batteries have gotten to low and now you have no control, or worse yet, the plane crashes in to the pits or bystanders!

I never use a voltmeter at the field (although I do have one if needed) my radio displays its voltage level and I have battery monitors (Voltwatch 2) on all my airplanes.
Not mentioned:
Something to get the residue off your airplane when done flying. (a bottle of Windex and a roll of paper towels works well)
Roll of clear packing tape for quick fixes of small rips in your covering.

I've already answered this question about what ABC construction means in your other thread but I'll post it here fo ya too. ABC= Aluminum piston, Brass sleeve, Chrome plated.
