I just bought one of the A-RTF Begin Air planes from Parkflyers (I got it off of ebay though for only $65 as opposed to $110). I had recently bought a Cessna 182 from parklyfers so I just transfered the reciever from that plane (never had problems with it BTW) to the Begin-Air. Last night when I testing the avionics I noticed that when I placed the battery in the plane AND turned on my transmitter that the servo on the left wing started twitching intermitently. The twitching would go away as soon as I cut my transmitter off but it would resume as soon as I turned the tranmsitter back on.
Does anyone have any ideas why this servo is acting up? I'll say this; the battery I had in the Begin-Air and the battery I had in the transmitter were both somewhat low (I had only partially charged the battery just to test the avionics and I had old batteries in the transmitter)
Thanks!

I got about 12' away from the plane but the servo was still twitching some. I'll take it outside today when I get home from work and charge up the batteries all the way in the transmitter and the plane itself and see what happens.
Thanks!

I have a friend in the Kansas City area who purchased the begin-Air from Parkflyers.
His new begin-air started smoking as soon as he put the battery in it.
He has contacted their customer support and is getting a major run around gettin the plane replaced.
They "Parkflyers" do not answer their phones and he is getting no email correspondence.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
