Default channel number list

Does anybody have a link to a chart showing a channel number list and it's actual frequency?

While we are on the subject of frequencys, Does anyone have a source for the little round frequency stickers found on radios? I just bought out an X clubmembers collection and I now have six planes, transmitters, etc and I would like a way to quickly ID the frequency on each without diging the receiver out of the plane. I'll eventually get my 9CAPS with the senthizer set up for them, but one set uses and old 512 PCM receiver that only works with the matching transmitter (Futaba T5NLP ) One of the little round stickers next to the power switch would be nice.
