5:30 am.... I crawl out of bed... slowly gain my sences and find some cloths to wear
5:45 am.... im on the road, driving to work....
6:00am... im at work, got myself logged in and ready for the day.
8:00am... im tired already of dealing with techs in the field who dont know how to hook up a computer.. im yawning because they make me come in at 6am to start the hardware roll outs early...
id much rather be flying... how about you?

10:00am till 4:00pm - Repairing computers, serve b1tch of customers, answer phone calls, put up with the boss's crap...
During this time - Hoping the boss goes out, so i can get on RC Universe! and talk to you people...

My Feedback: (1)
6am: Get up and get dressed
6:20 am: Put the dogs out
6:30am: Let the dogs in and leave for breakfast.
7:45am: Return from breakfast and load the planes (plural) into the van.
8am: Do some work on plane(s) under repair/construction.
9am: Leave for the field.
12noon - 1pm: Return from the field and put the planes away and everything on charge.
1:30pm: If I have managed to successfully dodge the wife (and the "Honey-Do list
) go do some more work on the planes, or clean the shop, etc. If the wife has caught up with me, do what needs to be done on the "Honey-Do list".
5pm: Have supper.
6pm: Relax with FlyRC or MAN
8pm: See if there is a decent movie on tv.
Of course this all changes in case of rain.
A very dull and boring routine. [8D]
Ah yes, being retarded, I mean retired - that is the life. I do feel for you folks that haven't reached the "Golden Years" yet. Don't worry, you will eventually get there.

6am: Hit snooze until 6:30am
6:30am Go do the 3 "S's" (Shave sh$^% and Shower
6:55am: look outside and consider calling off work
7:00am: leave for work but have at least one plane in the truck
7:30am: Start testing firewall products, involves running automated testing
7:45am: Hop on RCU
11:30am: head for the field
1:00pm: Back at work, start reading over testing results
3:00pm: back in my office to answer any emails reagrding testing results
3:45 to 4:00pm: head to the field
4:15pm: start flying my butt off
7:30pm: head home
9:00pm: Eat and either do work on planes or watch a good movie
11:00pm Bed
And that's when I have a busy day. If the automated tests take more than one day, and most do, I'll spend the day on RCU, or researching information on the products I have in test (but mainly be on RCU). Wednesdays are usually reserverd for meeting almost all day. The meeting we have are usually pretty good as meeting go and in almost all cases there is usually someone talking about flying in one form or another.
I'm lucky, we get 200 hours a year to use as we please, We are also required to give 40 hours of time to a charity of our choice. I use those 40 hours to work with the Make a wish foundation giving the kids stick time on R/C planes. My work also supports my hobby to a degree since most of the upper management up to and including the CEO's are all full scale pilots with commercial ratings.

Must......stay.......at.....work........[&o]
I deal with it...
-Behind Schedule-
6am:wake up and out of bed
shower, blah,blah,blah hurry up already
6:30 Drink coffee in truck
7:00 on site busting *****
6pm: drive home
eat dinner and tinker a bit.
Being behind schedule is not fun...[:@]

7.00 am wake up have breakfast and shower etc
7.45 am in car driving to work
8.00 am at work looking at RCU
8.30 am start working
12.00 pm go for walk as flying site is 30 miles away, spend walk thinking why did I not buy an electric plane, I could fly that in the local park
1.00 pm back to work
5.30 pm leave work again wonder why I do not have an electric plane so i can go flying in the local park
6.00 pm at home tinker with planes, eat stuff like that
11.00 pm in bed ready to start again.
I have one big disadvantage hear as well, I am still on the buddy box, although I should be soloing very soon, like the next time I go flying if all goes well.

hey guys
Friday 7pm, finish studying and leave for work
7:30 say hi to my partner and clock in
7:35 make sure our ambulance is stocked and ready to go
8:00 go back into the station and wait for a call while playing with G3/wacthing tv/reading FlyRC/checking RCU/sleep/ or even flying foamies if the winds not too bad (of course sometimes the crap hits the fan and we barely get a chance to eat/sleep)
Sunday 7:30pm, go home, get ready for class on Monday (I'm in my last year of college) and fly all week : )
working in EMS has its advantages, not nearly has many pilots at the field during the week

Pfff, some of you guys think you have it bad?
Depending on the day:
8:00: Wake up, breakfast, etc
8:30: Walk to my first class
8:50: Get to class (yes, the campus is huge)
9:00- either 2:00 or 5:00: fighting to stay awake in classes, doing random things when I have time in between classes (including RCU).
When I get back to the apartment: relax a bit, start studying, more RCU...
~7:00: Dinner
(Note: no "tinkering with planes" or "in the shop" here)
Mon & Wed 5:00-7:00: Design, Build, Fly competition meetings! [sm=shades_smile.gif] At last here I get to talk about R/C planes! [sm=teeth_smile.gif]
12:00 AM: Bed
Weekend: No flying because I'm at school! Everything is back home, and I havent touched my transmitter in almost 2 months! [sm=sad_smile.gif]
But at least I get to party and hang out with some hot ladies! [sm=shades_smile.gif]

Lucky me, I get to "FLY" everyday, even though it's not RC (sometimes I actually get to do BOTH in a day)!
5:15am- get up, shower, get dressed, let dog out, eat breakfast, call FSS for weather briefing.
6:00am- out the door, drive to the airport.
6:15am- roll the plane out of the hangar, preflight, check in with the home office.
6:45am- call Ft. Worth Center for beacon code, crank up, and go fly whichever pipeline patrol route I'm flying that day.
Some days I'm home by 11:30 am or noon, and I go home, get in the shop and tinker with planes, or load up and go fly.
Some days I dont get back home until almost dark or after, and I'm usually just in the mood to eat a bite and watch some TV or get on RCU. I do have three day weekends almost every weekend, though!!

8:30 AM Alarm goes off
9:30 AM Get up, shower, get dressed
10:30 AM Show up at shop with coffee in hand, open doors, read paper, and wait for something to break down.
11:30 AM Inevitable phone call from truck driver saying something isn't working right, and I listen to 15 minutes of a driver trying to be a mechanic. I tell them to come in, and I'll fix it
11:45 AM More waiting, sweep floors, take out trash, put away parts, and admire the beautiful, warm, partly-cloudy, 5MPH breezey day.
3:30 PM Work officially begins as trucks start coming in. Flat tires, worn out brakes, services, etc. etc. etc.
6:00-7:30 PM Put tools away, close up shop, and go home.
7:00-8:30 PM Walk in house, kiss wife, shower, change, cook dinner, cuss at cats for helping cook dinner, eat, do dishes, work on plane for ten minutes.
11:30 PM Go to bed.
And then there are the days when I'm busy?

4:30-5:00 Wake up (What's an "Alarm Clock"?) Take deep breath - If gagging occurs, take shower
5:30 Make coffee - get on computer, check email and RCU - Drink coffee
6:45 Leave for office
7:00 arrive at office, Log on to RCU, check work folder.
7:00 -3:00 Write plays, write RCU Reviews, read RCU posts, retouch pictures for RCU reviews, edit videos for RCU Reviews, write HTML Code for RCU Reviews. Oh yea... work on whatever pictures are needed by my clients too!
3:00 Go home, and do more of the same. Who has time to fly???

Bev,
Your problem is that you don't spend enough time flying! Skip the shower and spend a couple of more minutes putting on perfume.
