I've been flying an Easystar on and off for about 2 years. More off than on. I'm wanting to get into glow. I need to keep it cheap and I have been looking at the Tower Hobbies 40 ARF. Has anyone purchased one recently and what do you think. What I've read, the biggest problem is the covering. Is that really an issue?
Thanks for your advise.

Not really an issue any more than it is on any other ARF trainer. I learned on the Tower Trainer 10 years ago, and have taught a bunch of students using them since then. It'll do fine for learning for you. It's a good value too.
