Default Grammer?

I don’t mean to be a pain in the A**, but can we as RCU’ers please try to edit our posts? I find some posts with people ‘rambling’, how to do this or that. That’s fine, but let’s think through our instructions, review them and keep in mind our target audience. I’m not an English major and don’t mean to imply that our group is incompetent, but some of the posts just seem to go on and on and on, with no cohesion...sometimes to much jargon.

Before we get excited about convening a message to the correspondent, and before we ‘submit’ our posts, lets review.

SORRY, don’t mean to offend anyone here, I have been guilty of the aforementioned and have been diligent in keeping the message as clear as possible.

Food for thought.....Thanks everyone!!!

Wiqar

Default Sorry

OK, here we go, not sure if you guy's are serious or just kidding.

Again, I wasn't trying to offend ANYONE. I'll delete this post if it's going to cause a problem for RCU, myself, or the rest of our fine RCU'ers.

.....Oh, and don't worry, I have a great sense of humor!

Guys, I sympathize, I really do. It can be downright difficult to understand what people are saying at times. For better or worse, however, we're modellers and not English majors. I'm sure everyone is trying their best, but we don't all have the same writing skills. There's nothing wrong with that, and I've known some people with a bevy of RC knowledge that just can't get their Ps and Qs right.

All that said, this isn't really an RC topic. I'm not going to remove it, but I will close it up. People can read it if they like. It just isn't something we can discuss in the Beginner's forum.
