Is your Transmitter on PCM and your plane not? I switch back and forth with a Heli that is set up on PCM and my planes are PPM. When switching you have to cycle power to the transmitter for it to take. I have been doing this all season and just last week my plane got the jitters. Took me by surprise for a moment and then it became obvious to me what was going on. Brain fade for amoment I guess.
Just a thought,
Peter

i'd say the twitching is one of three things. low rx battery. low tx battery. tx too close to plane. even with the antenna down i've found that ALL my planes get the jitters when the tx is closer than 3 feet to the plane. some i've had to move to as far as 5 before it was still.

If the batteries in both the TX and the airplane are fully charged then the problem is the Tx is too close to the airplane. Do a range check and make sure everything is OK. I do one prior to the first flight of the day on each of my aircraft.

speedmistro,
As long as the radio passes a range check you don't have anything to worry about. As it was said above, your transmitter is too close to the receiver antenna. Let me guess, when you turn on the receiver and transmitter the transmitter is leaning on the plane?? Or right next to it??? What's happening is that the transmitter sitting that close to the receiver is simply "overpowering" the receiver and causing the twitching. As soon as you move a bit away it stops. Nothing to worry about as long as the system range checks ok.
Hope this helps
