hi
i've just baught an old asp 46 engine which has only ever been run in and has been sittin for a year.( it is only a couple years old). the carburettor is stuck in the closed position and i have no idea how to get it out my old os motor was open wen it seized due to castor oil and i jus lubed it then levered it out. this has a mechanism which i dont understand at all ive soaked it overnight in metho and soaked it in lubricant. the outside housing moves but the inside doesnt iv tried tightenin the inside screw and the allen key gripper thing and tried many things but i havent a clue on any of these things i need serious help have had the worst luck which has cost me a fortune lol i bought a 2nd hand package and the hobby shop i bought it off gave me the wrong charger which shorted my 7 channel radio out on first charge , everthing was workin, then my mate ordered the wrong batteries and shorted it more because we thought the battery was dead and that why it wasnt working. so now ive purchased another lot of equipment and am jus frustrated dunno much about them which is making it hard any ideas?? thanks

sorry i will get photo soon but can tell you that it jus looks like a closed carb that wont move. ive pulled the tuning pin out and the screw on top which holds in place and pulled the carb unit off the engine
