Is the Moriss top cap a great plane to learn hoover ,harrier and 3d stuff with also,im new to the RC and want to learn that funflying stuff.also what engine is recommended?help

Yes,
Great 3D trainer. Put a Saito .72 in it and you'll have the perfect combination.

top cap or something extra with46fx which really better for learning great 3d stuff and aerobatics?

If you are new to RC then get a trainer to start out with. High wing with a .40-.46 engine. The top cap makes a good second plane but I would not recommend it for your first plane. If you haven't already done so, join the AMA and find an instructor to help you get started.

Yes, I just re-read your initial post. Do what Giant Scale says..
A Top Cap would not be a good first plane..
