Default CA or AR

For kit building what is best. CA or 'wood' glue AR.. is there an advantage either way besides the quickness of CA?.. is

Wood glue is pretty much non-toxic whereas the CA fumes can be hazardous to your health and cause cold like sniffels symtpoms for a few days if not properly ventilated away from your nose. Excess wood glue is easy to sand smooth, CA not so much. [8D]
