I'd like to construct an engine mount that will work for different size engines. Does anyone have any suggestions/information on how to do this? I would appreciate any suggestions. Thanks!

I mounted one of those metal Tatone engine stands on 1/2 pallet years ago and it's perfect. Over time I've mounted tuned pipe brakcets, fuel tank, throttle linkage and even an old radio for awhile to operate the throttle. I weigh it down with a brick on the back end. There is a science to properly breaking in our little engines. Get yourself Dave Gierck's book on model engines and sit down in your favorite chair to take it all in. He writes for one of the mags the last I remember_bob

I bought one from Tower Hobbies. Uses 4 screws to hold it down. Mounts are adjustable. They claim it'll hold anything from a .049 ( I THINK!) to a 1.20. Have trouble getting mine to hold my GP 074, but it works really well on the bigger stuff. http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXA379&P=7
