Hey i can get a AristoCraft Radio for 30 dollars! (From a good friend) I need to know if it's good. It's working and it's in excellent shape.
aristo-craft challenger 455 FM

Just see if it's gold-stickered. That makes it narrow-band. If not, it's illegal and stands a better chance of interfering with other radios. If it's not gold-stickered, it can be converted, but I don't know by whom. Maybe RadioSouth.....
