At 100 MAh, it will take a minimum of 21 hours to charge a 2100 MAh pack.

G'day Mate,
Nicads & NiMh, cells are connected in series, so that each cell adds to the voltage, 1.2 volts per cell, X 4, gives 4.8Volts, but you have the same capacity as each individual cell, if you connect em in parralel, you would get more capacity, but at 1.2Volts.
So the only way to get more capacity out of your battery pack, is to buy a larger capacity battery, like 3000Mah. Each cell would be rated at 3000Mah.
Check out this site for battery info, this will give you the calcs to figure out the charge time for each battery pack, be aware that a battery pack has to charge for 140% of charge time to get 100% charge into the pack.

Mode One,
I disagree, it will take a maximum of 21 hours to recharge the pack.
Probably less since we rarely discharge them to -0-.

I would recommend getting a charger that recharges these batteries at a C/10 rate. Using a charger that is designed for NiCads amounts to trickle charging your battery, the charger barely stays ahead of the battery's self discharge rate and thus it may take a lot more than the theoretical time to get the battery to a true full charge.
You might also consider a peak detector fast charger, I have charged my Xmitter and reciever battery like this for years with no problems and you never miss a flying day because you forgot to charge the batteries.
