I don't know what your degree of "fuel proof" involves, but I have built models using almost nothing but Titebond II with no joint failures. I use the "II" because of its claim to be water resistant after it sets. Dzl

No. It is semi fuel resistant. But fuel or exhaust residue will dissolve through it eventually.
