That is 8 hours assuming it was flat to start with your unlikely to use that in a flying session. Along as you have a battery checker theres no need to recharge every time with that size pack. or just top up depending how long youv'e used it for.
I tend to try and stay somwhere in the middle making sure its charged enouph for a flying session but not going anywhere near overcharging.
