Looks like one of those RTF kits that includes a radio. By the looks of the video, that guy probably doesn't have ability to build an ARF.

The motor is almost certainly a GMS .47 or .61 2-stroke engine. The plane could be an old kit that the guy bought at an auction or purchased from another club member. It doesn't look like any of the current Cessna ARFs from Great Planes, Hangar 9, Nitroplanes.com, or CMPro.

The guy could use some help finding a safe place to fly..
crash #1 he hit a lamp post and crashed in the road he was flying from.. You can see cars driving by as he's flying.
2nd crash flying in the same area (the Cesna 182) he spun it into a high school running track.
