Default Mini B-17, balence problem! Help!

I built a mini b-17 very simple took 15min... One side is much stronger than the other it iseasy for me to move the motors so suggestions are great!

My suggestion is don't fly it until both sides pull equally. Label the motor with a piece of tape "George, Paul, John and Ringo" and swap them around until you get balance. I take it they are on a single speed controller and throttle?

OK, i will swap them around they are all on one speed control.
