I know you said you were looking for an ARF or RTF but take a look at the Two Planes below they are really nice lasercut kits that can be framed up in one evening and covered in the next they will fly much better than any ARF with the same size motor can be flown in a smaller field than a comperable sized ARF because they are lighter and will I am building a p51 form this company and it is an absalute delite to build the site has a link to the instructions so you can see what is involved in the constructionbefor you build You would be well under the $400 mark with both size models.
