Hobbistar 60 Landing Gear
I was wanting to replace the landing gear on my Hobbistar 60. Does anyone have any suggestions of what to replace it with and what sizes? I was thinking about Fults on the front but don't know the size to use and have no idea about the back landing gear. Any suggestions would be helpful.

RE: Hobbistar 60 Landing Gear
The Faults should be good on the front, been thinking of putting it on the front of my Hobbistar 60 as well. The stock rear landing gear on mine is holding up great and haven't had a problem with it.
This would be a good replacement though http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXJ924&P=7
I replaced the wire landing gear on a .40 size trainer with this type and it works great.
This would work as well http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXNM65&P=7

RE: Hobbistar 60 Landing Gear
Use the Dural gear as shown, move it forward in the fuse to the leading edge and install tail wheel. Get the proper width for your fuselage.
Your now flying your first tail dragger.
