Tropper,
I have not seen any ads for less than $349 USD (list price) but I got mine at my LHS for $339. I got the complete package tx, rx, 4 standard servos, etc.

Sometimes on E-Bay you will find them cheaper. Try the Barnfloor ? Or MN hobbies. I have seen them for 289 to 319 complete. Just search Spektrum Tx on Ebay. Good luck.

The problem you are going to face in a search is that right now all 2.4 Ghz radios are a hot commodity. When everybody wants one there's not much chance of finding them a discounted price. Basic supply and demand theory. When the demand starts dropping then you'll start seeing the prices drop too. But I doubt you'll see discount prices on these radios for the next year or so.

I've seen two online stores selling them less than the MAP price...
My RC Supply sells them for $292 (looks like they have the both plane & heli versions in stock):
http://myrcsupply.net
Ultimate Hobbies sells them for $325:

You have to click "add to cart" to see the prices, since they are below MAP...

I looked all over the Internet and the prices are nearly identical everywhere. I'm purchasing a DX7 (airplane) from my local hobby shop. They agreed to exchange the servos for another Spectrum receiver and it's going to cost $349. Plus, no shipping costs involved. I have two planes and don't need the servos. I'll end up saving a couple of bucks.

Hi, I may be late on this if you already bought your DX7. Here is the cheapest place I have found. $290.99 for everything.
Good luck.
