Hi guys, i was wandering how could i clean my engine to remove the grease on it... i thought that i could spray on some soft detergent on it and then blow it away with a air pistol... of course i would not put anything in the air intake.
What can i use to clean inside the hole of the air intake?
What do you guys do?
thanks

I leave it. Even after several years of use, they still look fine ... just a little baked on crud on the muffler, but no big deal. Any grass or dirt from a less than perfect landing just wipes off with a rag when I'm wiping down the plane.
If you really get stuff in the carburator, you really should disassemble the engine to clean it out before running it again.
