yes i was wondering how much of a difference would their be if i removed the SpinControl airfoil extensions..
just wondered if their was any real noticable difference in flight.

here's a tip if you haven't allready done it remove the AFS sensor and cover over the hole in the fuse I left mine in for a while, and it got soaked with fuel resedue.
it took some work to clean up the covering and wood in that area the fuel will weaken the wood over time.

I disabled the auto-leveling thing before I even went to the flying field. Trying to use it on the simulator convinced me that it was a joke. I flew it with the drag flaps and the wing droops for a while. One windy day I couldn't get the plane to turn up-wind on final approach without feeding in a lot of down elevator... too risky at low altitude while landing.. The drag flaps went with the auto leveler.. I'm flying now with just the wing droops and hope to remove them soon..nice flying plane! The instructor and the club members who helped trim the plane for fllight love the way it flies.. I'm sure I will love it too once I get the hang of it..
