How do you get pictures on your post. I have one in my profile but not on the post.

Do you mean pictures within the post as attachments or as the avatar on the left?

Ken, he mentions 'his profile' and I was wondering if he wants to know about the pictures we put in our name area (for lack of a better term)... where mine is a Coast Guard Cutter, yours is the center console of a bi-plane.. maybe that's what he wants to know? He has not responded to any of the replies yet, so it's not clear as to what he really wants to know.

Go to the top of this page where it says "my Account" - click
then go to "forum settings" - click

Should be obvious from there. there is a size limit that I don't know though.

The limit are that the picture cannot be bigger than 85 x 85 pixels and the file size cannot be any larger than 7k.

Hummmm I do that but it says that there is a problem. Like maybe not connected to the internet, or problem at the other end.

Post the picture you are trying to use here so that I can see why it won't go.

Other than it being a huge pic. you also have to select the lil box telling it to use your avatar as profile pic.

RCken what did you do to make the pic smaller i have alot of pics i would have liked to use but they are all like 20 K.

mp_gohl,
I used Photoshop to resize the picture for him. If you don't have Photoshop you can send me a picture via PM and I'll shrink it up for you

Click on the thumbnail. When it is expanded out to full size right click on it and select "save picture as" and select where on your hard drive you want to save it.
