My Feedback: (1)
The whole point of the voltwatch is to give a prudent pilot a view of what the voltage is at that time. If there is ANY question about the voltage, one or two things should be done. 1 is to check it with an ESV (Expanded Scale Voltmeter) which will test it under load. 2 is when in doubt, charge it.
A little common sense goes a long way with this stuff.

As someone else pointed out...this is a beginner's forum, let's not confuse them with "stuff" they really don't need.
