How do retune when all the settings(low & high speed ) have been play with?

this has an airbleed carb correct?set the high speed speed needle first then you just have to play with the air bleed screw about 1/8 th turn at a time till you get the idle you want.

How many turns from fully close.

open the high speed 3-4 turns should run really rich and lean it out from there with the engine runnimg,the airbleed start with it halfway blocking the opening it really has no effect at full throtle just at low.
