Default Tower Hobbie Trainer

I recently got a Tower Hobby Trainer for a .40 engine. I have a .40 Super Tigre and have a few questions

What type of fuel do I use? (10% 15% or 20%)
What size prop will be most efficient? The Super Tigre manual lists about 8 different ones. How do I choose??

Any other tips related to this airplane are greatly appreciated.

Thanks

I would go with 10% nitro.

The recommended prop for break in is 10x6. You might as well try that out for starters, and then maybe experiment with a 10x7 or 11x4.

You'll really like the Tower Trailer 40, thats what I started on back in 1995.

Whatever you do, don't use PINK fuel. It'll make your brain rot. Don't ask me how I know.[sm=bananahead.gif]

The Super Tiger GS-40 runs just fine on a 10 X 6 prop. I've had the same 10 X 6 MAS on mine mounted to a Sky Raider for 2 seasons with 6+ gallons of fuel through it and its running like a champ. If the speed is too much, you can run a 10 X 5 also, but try the 10 X 6 first.
