Default Golden Knight Saitos??????

What is the difference between the regular Saitos and the Golden Knight Saitos? Is it just the black casing?

The Golden Knights in the 50 through 91 size have a venturi added to the carburetor that helps with fuel economy and the oil mess on the fuselage.

This venturi can be purchase separately and installed on any of the Saito's 50 through 100 plus through 125

How would a venturi on the carb intake help keep exhaust oil off the fuselage? Sounds like putting on bigger tires so the wings will have more lift.

I usually grease the muffler bearings before take off, but I'm not sure why....

Greasing muffler bearings is done to increase the planes rotational gravity in the inverse diametrical platform. Duh, everyone knows that.
Note: Use only #4 elbow grease of course.

There's a fuel mist in a pressure wave just outside the carb. The carb venturi helps contain this mist conserving fuel and keeping it off the airplane. The venturi has nothing to do with the exhaust.

Don't forget to keep a good supply of Jet Blast and Prop Wash to clean the muffler bearings after the days flying is over.....
