Great Planes Giant Super Chipmunk ARF .91-1.08, 81"
Servos: 7-Standard size servos with the following minimum torque rating:
1-throttle 30 oz-in
2-aileron 50 oz-in, 2-flaps 50 oz-in
1-elevator 50 oz-in, 1-rudder 80 oz-in
Could you suggest good servos for this plane?

any standerd servo should work beside the rudder you need a high touqe. i dont know fut servo as i fly jr but if you get towerhobies sale mag there i a nice chart of hitec and fut servo and there ratings. also if you swicth form 4.8 to .0 volts you can get a little more power out of your standerds

Check out Tower hobby and servo city. any thing is OK for throttle but I would run higher torque on the other stuff, 6volt ( 5 cell)battery gives a little bost to servo function also. you might also ask this on one of the giant plane forums here.

Hitec Mighty Mini's are the hot tip for ailerons. Save over half an ounce each side. More torque than standards to boot. (55oz-in torque @ .9oz weight) Only about $21. They're the HS-225BB.
Any brand servos plug into Futaba RXs. It's Futaba servos that don't plug into anything else.
Look at HS-475KB for a standard for rudder or elevator. 60oz-in torque and composite gears (something like 5x stronger than regular nylon). About $16. or $17.
