My understanding is that it will not, but I'll be pleased to hear otherwise.
I'd also like to know if Futaba servos/extensions will work with Hitec receivers.

Folks in North America generally aren't qualified to answer this question. We get no experience with 35Mhz radio systems. I'd ignore any answers from casual U.S. or Canadian posters unless they specifically discuss 35Mhz radio systems.

As far as I know ... Futaba servos/ extensions will work with a Hitec RX.

My Feedback: (1)
As long as the cables match.. + voltage supply and - voltage supply to the appropriate power leads, and the colored signal wire goes to the appropriate signal wire match up on the extension, or in that slot on the receiver, it will work. Note that some servo leads have the + lead in the center while others have it on the outside. Just note that so you don't get them reversed, and it should be just fine. You can reverse them if you wish so that the +'s and the -'s match. (I use those symbols because some may be colored differently, for instance, brown or black will indicate a - polarity, where yellow or blue may indicate signal wire).
I believe Minnflyer or RC Ken has posted a picture denoting the leads and the colors for various types of servo's somewhere here on RCU.

Not sure about he 35mega hurts lol. but I used Jr reciever with my Futaba had to revers the polarity inside reciver but that is not hard to do. You just move it to make it a positive reciver instead of negative. Jr 6000 but like i said don't know about 35 mine was 72 Now it is Spektrum DX7. Man the recievers are high lol.
Edited to put polarity in had it worded even i didn't understand lol.

Just to conclude guys, I went to the field last weekend and the JR Transmitter worked perfectly with the Futaba receiver and servos. The only thing that we needed to do was to reverse the channels in the transmitter.
Plane sold...
