Default Foam Wings

How do you cut a wing tube for the wing connecting pipie into foam?

I used a piece of brass tubing that was large enough, sharpened the end, and then cored out the hole with the brass tubing.

after that apply 30min epoxy to the outside of the cardboard sleeve and insert it in the cored out hole in each wing using the wing tube and some tape wrapped on the outside of the wing tube in the center to help push the tube in. After clean with alcohol and let the epoxy dry, once dry your wing tube should slide in nice and easy and you should be able to take your wings on and off with ease.
