Does anyone remember the guy "TigerDude" I beleive his name was. I can't seem to find him anywhere in the member search. He had a build thread of some well known trainer. He also had a beard, plaid shirt on in his pic in the thread, about 30 yrs old. Looked like a caveman, and was thinking about getting out of the hobby after his friend died that he was taking care of.
If you know who I am talking about, please send me his dossier in an email or post it here. I am wondering if he got out of the hobby or not after the death of his friend.
thanks

Sorry, still hanging in here but having trouble trying to learn the flying part. Always something new popping up. Now it's the house being foreclosed on that I have to file bankruptcy to stop the foreclosure. And to top that off I am at risk of losing my Social Security Disability benefits that I have to have a hearing in front of a judge to try to save.
But I have found someone who will help me FINALLY LEARN TO FLY this Spring, if things work out for me and not get worse (you would think how it could possibly get worse for one person, but it keeps happening to me.)
Thank you for being concerned for me, hungryandbroke, I am still hanging in and coming around, and hopefully flying this year. But also gotta save the house from foreclosure and my Social Security (Or I will have to work again [:'(])

Hey Tiger, what's up? Glad to see you're posting again. I always enjoyed reading your posts. I didn't know what happened to you since I couldn't find your name in the member area. Sorry to hear about your friend. Sounds like you took it pretty hard.
I wouldn't worry about losing your disability unless you've been making more money on the side than the maximum amount they allow. Once you have been declared disabled, there is no such thing as temporarily disabled. You're either disabled for life or not disabled at all! You'll be ok, don't worry about it.
Once you learn the basics of flight you'll be an expert before you know it!
Hang in there, things will be fine!
