With all the help I have received here it would be lacking on my part not to wish all a Very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. All the moderators have been most helpful. Special thanks to RCKen, Bruce, CGRetired, Barracudda Hockey, MinnFlyer, Missleman and the whole RCU family. I have really learned a lot listening to the pro's. I know that this is not thread related but I still wish you all good cheer and hope you always keep the bird in the air.

I second goirish's sentiments. I received my first RC plane as a Christmas gift last year from my family. Thanks in part to the help I received on this forum, I have solo'd my trainer, built and flown two kits, built and flown two SPAD's, and have just been opened up to a whole new world that I hardly new existed.

Thanks to all of you who give such great advice to all those who ask, and for taking the time to put together build threads, product reviews, etc...

One year ago today, I barely knew that flying r/c planes was an actual hobby, and now it is a huge part of my life.

Been their , doing that, My wife of 15 years. Last week or I should say thursday the 13th. I was watching something on TV on myday off and the news had mention the second day of Chanukah. I'm thinking "no its not, its starts this Sunday the 16th. So I get confused, get on line and start looking up stuff like jewish calendars. They all say it started the other day. I thinking F*&*^&%^$#!. So I run out and buy 2 dozen roses setting beautifully on the table for her arrival.

It also answered why she was acting so strange the last few days as if i had done something but waiting for me to admit it. Beside the flowers was the calendar THAT WE BOTH USE SHOWING A MISPRINT STATING IT STARTS ON THE 16TH. So i was covered but it was close.

Merry Christmas!!! i just got off for winter break! I'm just 14. hoping to get an ultra stick 40 from my parents!!!

Since RCU would be listed as a co-respondant if I were to ever get divorced I should also take a moment and wish everyone here a merry Christmas.
