Balancing?

hi all. quick question. when u balance the plane do you do it with a full tank and batteries ie. ready to take off? of empty tank and just the battery?

The exception being, of course, planes with pusher configuration, or any plane with the tank behind the CG. Then it's ballanced full. The idea is to put the plane in the most tail-heavy configuration it'll be achieve during flight. For a normal plane, that's tank empty. For a pusher, it's full! Err to the nose heavy side, like Ken said!
