Im wondering if any of you can tell me what the differences are in the Great Planes Big Sticks.
Tower has 3 different versions on the website.
GP Item 1031 appears to be the traditional model @ $109.89.
As far as I can tell the difference to the other 2 is the Covering, Only one servo on the Ailerons, and wire landing gear.
THe other 2 is what I cant figure out, they both appear to be the same.
GP #1220 is $119.99 and GP # 1032 is $109.99. These have monokote and have a servo for each wing for ailerons/flaps. They also have the better gear.
I cant seem to find any other differences between the 2.
Can anyone shed some light on what Im missing?
THanks

1030 and 1030 are the same with different covering. 1220 appears to have an inch more wing.
My guess is that they are all the same basic plane. Probably all built by the same people. I would call tower and ask the diff to make sure but there can't be that much diff. One probably measures from the leading edge for leangth and the other the trailing edge. The tip is angled. Other than that, they should be the same.

I spoke with Tower Customer service and Hobbico tech support (same people?) and from what I understand the 1220 is the new model.
The other is being discontinued.
Apparently, the 1220 has an updated wing design and better wing hold down blocks.
This is the one I have on order.
