has anyone ever heard of this plane? is it a good flying plane? is it a good first plane? any help would be greatly appreciated. oh yeah what would be a good radio, motor, and prop for this plane?

Its a trainer but of unknown quality.
For the same price you can get a Tower Trainer that is already known to be of good quality with better customer service.

where it says intro pilots no does that mean they dont train

NO, it means they are not participating in the introductory pilot program the AMA has set up where you can fly free for 60 days on a club trainer. They would still probably be happy to train you if you join their club and have your own airplane.
